Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
Non-returnable items
Seeds, cocopeat and other consumables cannot be returned once the packaging is opened, for hygiene and germination-integrity reasons — unless the item arrived damaged or is defective.
Digital products, webinar seats and course access are non-returnable once accessed.
Damaged or wrong item received
Send us an unboxing photo or video within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +91 82378 95674. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once the courier has picked up the shipment, the return process applies instead.
Webinar registrations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the session start time for a full refund.
Refund method and timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) through our payment gateway.
Refunds are initiated within 2–3 working days of approval and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
How to raise a request
Write to support@sowandgrowwithmukta.in or message +91 82378 95674 with your order ID, registered mobile number and photos of the product. Our support hours are Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.
